1. What is Doblx

Doblx is a part-time job platform built for professionals in the MENA region. It connects people who want recurring part-time work with employers who need professional part-time help. Doblx is a marketplace — we facilitate connections but are not a party to any employment agreement between workers and employers.

2. Your account

• You must be 18 or older to use Doblx
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
• One person may only have one account
• You may not use Doblx on behalf of someone else without their permission

3. Worker responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your experience, skills, and availability
• Only apply to jobs you are genuinely interested in and qualified for
• Communicate professionally with employers
• Do not misrepresent your identity or credentials
• Keep your profile up to date if your availability changes

4. Employer responsibilities

• Only post legitimate, real part-time job opportunities
• Provide accurate information about the role, schedule, and compensation
• Treat all applicants with respect and professionalism
• Do not use worker contact details for any purpose other than the job they applied to
• Do not post duplicate, spam, or misleading listings

5. What Doblx is not responsible for

Doblx is a platform that facilitates introductions. We are not responsible for:

• Whether a worker is hired or an employer fills a position
• The quality, legality, or outcome of any employment arrangement made through the platform
• Any disputes between workers and employers
• Payments, salaries, or any financial arrangements between users

We do not guarantee job placement or hiring outcomes.

6. Content moderation

Doblx reserves the right to remove any job listing, profile, or account that violates these terms, contains false or misleading information, is spam or duplicated, or is otherwise inappropriate. We may do this without prior notice.

7. Prohibited uses

• Using Doblx to collect personal data from other users for any purpose outside of the platform
• Scraping, crawling, or automated access to the platform
• Posting illegal, discriminatory, or exploitative content
• Impersonating another person or organization

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes arising from the use of Doblx will be subject to the jurisdiction of Kuwaiti courts.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Doblx after changes means you accept the updated terms.
