Terms of Service

Doblx is a digital marketplace that connects professionals seeking recurring part-time employment ("Workers") with companies and individuals seeking to hire part-time professionals ("Employers") across the GCC/MENA region.

Doblx is a platform intermediary only. We do not employ Workers, guarantee job placements, or guarantee that Employers will find suitable candidates. All employment agreements are formed directly between Workers and Employers.

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to work in your country of residence to use this Platform. By creating an account you represent that this is the case.

Employers must be duly registered businesses or individuals with lawful authority to hire employees or contractors in their jurisdiction.

Workers agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their qualifications, experience, and availability
• Only apply for roles they are genuinely qualified and available for
• Honor commitments made to Employers once an agreement is reached
• Comply with all applicable labor laws in their country of employment
• Not misrepresent their identity, credentials, or employment history

Employers agree to:

• Post accurate, lawful job listings with correct compensation information
• Not post duplicate, misleading, or fraudulent job listings
• Comply with all applicable labor and employment laws in their jurisdiction
• Treat Workers with dignity and respect; no harassment or discrimination
• Honor agreed compensation terms and provide proper written agreements
• Not use the Platform to recruit Workers for prohibited industries

Doblx does not process payments between Workers and Employers. All compensation is agreed upon and paid directly between the parties.

Doblx currently offers free access to all basic features. Premium features, if introduced, will be clearly disclosed and subject to separate terms. We reserve the right to introduce subscription fees with 30 days' advance notice to existing users.

You may not use the Platform to:

• Post jobs or profiles related to illegal activities
• Solicit or offer employment for roles prohibited under GCC labor law
• Collect or misuse other users' personal information
• Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform
• Send unsolicited commercial messages (spam) through the messaging system
• Circumvent the Platform to avoid fees once introduced
• Create multiple accounts or impersonate others

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts in violation of these terms without prior notice.

All Platform content, trademarks, logos, and software are owned by or licensed to Doblx. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

You retain ownership of content you submit (profile data, job listings) but grant Doblx a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and index that content on the Platform.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not verify the accuracy of user-submitted profiles, credentials, or job listings. We do not guarantee the Platform will be available without interruption or that any employment match will be successful.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Doblx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunity, loss of income, or disputes between Workers and Employers.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Kuwait.

If you access the Platform from other GCC countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman), you acknowledge that local laws may also apply and agree to comply with them.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
