Privacy Policy
We built Doblx to be a simple, trustworthy platform. Here's a plain-language explanation of how we handle your data.
1. What data we collect
When you create an account or use Doblx, we may collect:
- Account info — your name, email address, and phone number
- Work profile — profession, skills, experience, availability, and bio
- Documents — CV/resume (PDF) and profile photo, if you choose to upload them
- Job activity — jobs you apply to, jobs you post, and application statuses
- Technical data — basic usage data collected via Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics (page views, device type)
2. How we use your data
- To operate the platform and connect workers with employers
- To display your profile to employers when your visibility is set to public
- To send you notifications about your applications (via email using Resend)
- To improve the product based on aggregated usage patterns
We do not sell your data to third parties. Ever.
3. Who can see your information
- Employers — can see your public profile (name, profession, skills, availability) if you have set your profile to visible
- Employers you apply to — can see your contact details (phone and email) after you submit an application
- Your profile is hidden from everyone when you set your visibility to private
4. Data storage and security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL database with Row Level Security) hosted on AWS infrastructure. Files such as profile photos and CVs are stored in Supabase Storage. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest.
5. Your rights
- You can update or delete your profile information at any time from your profile settings
- You can hide your profile from employers using the visibility toggle
- You can request full deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing us
- You can withdraw any job application at any time
6. Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to understand how people use Doblx. These tools collect anonymized usage data. No personally identifiable information is sent to analytics providers.
